On February 16, Tianxi Kitchen Electric signed the 2023 organizational performance agreement and the 2022 commendation meeting for outstanding employees and outstanding teams was held in the training room of the office building in Zone A. Lu Ting, chairman and general manager of the company, Chen Xiyan, deputy general manager of operation, and Yuan Jun, Lv Hai, Tan Songqing, Xu Da, deputy general managers, and other leaders attended the meeting.
The meeting first held the signing ceremony of the 2023 organizational performance agreement. Chairman Lv Ting and Deputy General Manager of Operation Chen Xiyan signed the general agreement of organizational performance, and then President Chen signed the performance agreement of each department with each first-level department director/manager, product director, manufacturing plant manager, etc.
Then the host read out the list of honorary titles of "Excellent Employee", "Special Contribution Employee" and "Excellent Team" in 2022, and played the display video.

Xu Da, deputy general manager, presented awards to the first and second group of excellent employees. The first group were Xu Yi, Zhang Guangyin, Lv Weixia of the Procurement Department, Ying Pei of the Administration Department, Fan Guanmin of the Human Resources Department, and Sun Xiaoxue of the Production Planning Department.
The second group of outstanding employees are Huang Guochan of the production planning department, Cao Fang of the quality engineering department, Xu Jiankang, Lei Linxiu of the production department of the household appliance product line A1, Lan Chunfang and Gao Xia of the production department of the household appliance product line A2.
Tan Songqing, Deputy General Manager, presented the award to the third group of outstanding employees, who were Huang Xunsong, Feng Ziqiang, Zhao Gaoxiang, Pan Zongyong, Xie Yingpu and Lv Yao of the production department of household appliance product line A2, and the production department of household appliance product line B.
